Poetry Corner: Who me?

POP POP” Goes his 9

You wanna put it on the gun

But what was on Mind?

The real question we almost never ask in time

Society loves him only selectively

But I thought love was blind?

Saw straight through the bullshit

Now useless is your pulpit

You eat the flesh and drink the blood

But can’t help ya blood?

We see Christ outside the body

We see Christ outside the body

The Power of the question without we rob our very essence

There’s a little “g’ in us all

Without realizing our power remains small

To kill one you kill us all

An empty building much potential

An empty man none at all

“Take the wheel” cause the end is near

Head for destruction as we outright refuse to steer

To know God is to know why you shouldn’t fear

“Help is on the way” no, Help is Here.
