    Poetry Corner: Underrated

A young revolutionary poetic in his deliverance,

Actions are loud but his voice low,

From a city where most don’t make it but I went against the grain.

I don’t do it for the attention,

    I’m not your typical show,

Not interested in the usual fortune and fame.

I remember dreaming and hoping that today would be my moment to blow,

Patience, I taught myself the visions from my art is the aim.

Hip hop changed it sped up sounds like a pop flow,

Taking from the culture and message as artist we’re castrated damned to this bastardized Nation.
