Poetry Corner: The Land Before Mine

Things feel outta place uncomfortable in this day race just trying to keep pace losing face I guess everything’s not what it seems.

I look back without any regret across history as you look deeper you’ll see it’s no mystery nothing ever came easy the struggle is our brass ring.

Ever since their bold feminine energy graced the scene and the creative glow from the womb they shall forever be crowned beautiful black Queens.

The God like masculine protector the initial culture projector a materialistic neglector the hood wasn’t my sector so as the visions flow we’re crowned strong black Kings.
