That button we push when we don’t want to hear the noise, volume, voice or stop someone from telling the truth.

They want us to listen to and be obedient to the lies they spew,

The truth left to a whisper,

But I’ll rebel and yell it from me to you.

Everywhere in history the truth was told to many to list,

But the button was pushed a target on their back each,

And everyone a victim to the American word shoot.

2018 a victim of hypocrisy,

But unwavering fight,

Not afraid to speak my mind,

Finger lowering on the button,

But I don’t care claim me too.
