With the latest blip on the #Metoo movement, the radar is on Brett Kavanaugh and the new Supreme Court Justice. As we follow the #Metoo movement in support of empowering women and victims of harassment and rape culture, we look for equal and fair justice.

With rape being used as a weapon of power, shame, disgrace and psychological warfare. It seems the punishments have always been fouled out unequal on the unwavering scale of justice, always with white men being the victor.

Brett Kavanaugh being our latest victor to escape prison time, public shame and justice which is well deserved. But with the help and support of fellow republican and rapist Donald Trump, he escapes the clutches of justice.

This comes just weeks after ethnic Black counter part, Bill Cosby, was convicted and overly charged with a crime with less evidence presented. Is the #Metoo movement effective or just racist?
