Who doesn’t like delicious food? And what does Los Angeles, California have tons of? Restaurants! The City of Angels is populated with several food places of all different cultures that patrons can indulge in.

Celebrity restaurateur, Jeremy Fall, has been making tremendous strides in the city in the food business. At just 27 years old, he has opened up 3 eateries with 2 slated for a release this year. He was recently named the “The Busiest Man in LA!” 

Fall’s current restaurants include: Nighthawk Breakfast Bar, which is a restaurant/bar that serves cocktails and elevated breakfast fare for dinner and is located in Venice, CA; Nighthawk: AM, is a casual all day breakfast concept in Chicago, IL inspired by the nostalgic 1950’s American milk bar; and his Tinfoil: Liquor & Grocery is a modern day take on the bodega consisting of a liquor store in the front with a secret “speakeasy” deli in the back. 

Jeremy’s highly anticipated projects for this easy include Easy’s, a reinterpretation of the classic diner, and Nighthawk: AM Los Angeles. Both of these restaurants are opening inside the iconic Beverly Center in the heart of Los Angeles, California. 

Mr. Fall recently spoke with Purposely Awakened where he chatted about his inspirations in getting into the food industry, his upcoming projects and his advice for other millennials who want to embark on a career in the restaurant business.
