Divorced twice and now raising her son while happily married for the third time, Celebrity CFO Ingrid LaVon Woolfolk releases her debut book Living After Divorce: 21 Ways to Heal and Move Forward, Cheryl “Coko” Gamble of R&B group SWV wrote the foreword. The official release party was on Sunday, March 10.
One of the few black females in history to serve as a Corporate Controller of a Fortune 100 company, Ingrid LaVon is an author, entertainment executive, and business expansion guru who has worked with likes of Kelly Price, Lil Mama and other artists. Ingrid Lavon is currently CFO for several small and mid-sized businesses and Sr Talent Manager / Profit Strategist for Sunni Gyrl Entertainment, where she works with MC Lyte and Lynn Richardson to expand brands in front of and behind the camera. This work reveals Ingrid Lavon’s journey through self-mastery as she rebuilt her life, restored her finances and created multiple streams of income in the corporate sector and entertainment industry.
