WITF public media presents Toward Racial Justice: A Conversation on Systemic Racism. This discussion series explore the roots of institutional racism. What is it and how does it manifest? How do we change the system and break the cycle? What can we do to help make positive lasting change?

Panelists in this inaugural discussion include:

  • Armenta Hinton, Ph.D. — Vice President of Inclusion and Diversity at HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College
  • Jamiel L. Alexander — Community Organizer & National Activist
  • Dr. Monea Abdul-Majeed — Racial Justice Coordinator, YWCA York
  • Sam Gerlach — NYU Student & Youth Activist from Northwest Philadelphia
